1. FIRST CONSULTATION
Following contact with us, Bevan will arrange to meet you onsite so he can get a true feel for the build/project. He will be assessing for anything that needs to be addressed and gathering information to guide you in the right direction, to gain insight in to your lifestyle and how we can deliver this. Each build is unique and is impacted by both environmental and physical features as well as your own individual style and lifestyle needs.
2. PLANNING/ IDEAS
We encourage you to collate all your ideas to best represent how you want the end result to be, scrap book ideas. This is the research phase where with our expertise we can support you with your choice or guide you with areas you may not have considered. Establishing the legal council requirements that impact on this project. This is the time to consider if you haven’t already your budget, your timeframes, your must-haves, your dream outcomes, your lifestyle factors. We will support you with considering materials or products to get the best for your needs.
The design phase is where your dream truly begins to evolve. We work alongside our designers and take as much time needed to piece together your dream home. However if you have already chosen or have a strong preference to another professional we are equally happy to work alongside them to achieve the same outstanding result. It requires a team mentality to work together effectively. This phase is the time to go through concept plans in detail and make adjustments and modifications so that we can deliver what you envision.
4. PRE CONSENT AND WORKING DRAWINGS
The working drawings you are provided with are a blueprint for construction but do not always include the details of the internal fittings and finishings. These drawings are an opportunity for us to consult with you as to your options for the internal fit out of your project.
Once complete, we will submit the working drawings to Council for building consent. While these are being processed, we utilise this time to price your project. Our pricing systems involve a combination of experience, quantity surveyor, and pricing software to obtain an accurate figure for the project.

6. SIGN OFF
Now it is time to plan the housewarming party! Be comfortable in the knowledge that you have the best guarantee in the business to cover you for any unforeseen circumstances. You can rest assured that you have a guaranteed follow-up period, during which you can contact us in the unlikely event you have any issues. We also provide you with a maintenance schedule for your specific selected projects used in your project.
