BEVAN SARICH
General Manager and Co-Founder
Bevan began his building apprenticeship in 1998, qualifying in 2001.
He believes he was fortunate that the first years of his building experience was with a high end building company. This set the foundations; high expectations and standards for workmanship throughout all his building career.
Bevan traveled and lived in London, gaining valuable experience learning what to do – and in some cases, what not to do! – to provide a final product that stands the test of time is something to be proud of.
He founded Sarich Design and Build Ltd in 2010 with his wife Kelly after returning home from the United Kingdom. He wanted to continue with the underlying philosophy to deliver high quality homes through high quality workmanship, experience, trusted communication, transparency, and reliability.
There is a sense of pride in being able to step back and say, “Hey, I built that” – to create something to perfection out of materials.
