I had a very happy experience that ran smoothly for me.  Bevan took care of everything, he was professional at all times and came up with new ideas whilst maintaining a very high standard along with his staff throughout the build. My site wasn't the easiest to construct a house as it was small and down  a long narrow driveway.  Despite this nothing was a problem for Sarich Design and they were respectful of my close surrounding neighbour's. Bevan and I worked together to figure out the best plan for me. Everything on my house was done in a timely manner with no hidden costs.
