Meet The Team

The Faces Behind Sarich Design & Build

The decision of which building company to trust with the construction of your dream home can be a huge and daunting task. At Sarich Design and Build we put an emphasis on employing and developing the best quality tradesmen in the market. We believe that a supportive culture and team environment is the foundation to a successful business.

Our teams are led by highly-skilled and experienced trade qualified and licensed builders (LBP). They help oversee the team and develop our apprentices, with the support of BCITO (The Building and Construction Training Organisation). We are dedicated to remaining abreast of industry changes and continually expanding our knowledge.

Our values mean we treat our team like a family, with an emphasis on support and a great culture. We believe valued staff are more productive and motivated, which translates to a happier worksite and a higher-quality product for our clients.

Bevan Sarich

BEVAN SARICH

General Manager and Co-Founder

Bevan began his building apprenticeship in 1998, qualifying in 2001.

He believes he was fortunate that the first years of his building experience was with a high end building company. This set the foundations; high expectations and standards for workmanship throughout all his building career.

Bevan travelled and lived in London, gaining valuable experience learning what to do – and in some cases, what not to do! – to provide a final product that stands the test of time is something to be proud of.

He founded Sarich Design and Build Ltd in 2010 with his wife Kelly after returning home from the United Kingdom. He wanted to continue with the underlying philosophy to deliver high quality homes through high quality workmanship, experience, trusted communication, transparency, and reliability.

There is a sense of pride in being able to step back and say, “Hey, I built that” – to create something to perfection out of materials.
