To become a certified builder we are required to prove our knowledge, skills and expertise before we are considered for membership. Sarich Design and Build Ltd is a member of New Zealand Certified Builders (has been since 2009). It is a priority of ours to maintain professional standards and be current and up to date within our practice by attending workshops and seminars to keep upskilling so we keep up with a rapidly changing industry. Certified Builders NZ are a highly recognised organisation within the building industry and have high standards and requirements. Above all else is that when you deal with a NZ certified builder rest assured they will be trade qualified.

 At Sarich Design and Build we use Builda Price, a cloud based building specific software program.  This is one of the tools in our business that allows us to consistently and accurately manage and monitor the financial aspects of the build project

Safety is essential and a priority to us. As members of sitesafe we have a Hazard and risk management system in place to ensure the Safety of our team, subtrades, clients and any other person coming in contact with our workplace.

Licensed Building Practitioner

Licensed and Certified

All restricted building work (RBW) is required to be overseen and signed off by a LBP. A LBP is a trade’s person for example, a builder assessed to be competent to carry out work essential to a residential building’s structure or weather tightness. To become certified as a LBP you must demonstrate knowledge and achieve competencies as a builder as well as continually maintain a record, evidence of your ongoing learning. At Sarich Design and Build our worksites are run as well as overseen by experienced, qualified and Licensed Building practitioners.
