RENOVATION: Papamoa Beach

This project was completed in January 2018. Due to major water tightness issues in the property, there is not much left of the original home. The bathrooms have been fully tiled from floor to ceiling. Upstairs, there is a huge open plan living area which leads to an expansive Purpleheart hardwood deck. The shelter allows for relaxation in the sun or shade.
